Wayne State University Physician Group is affiliated with the Wayne State University School of Medicine. Many WSUPG physicians serve as faculty at the school and teach medicine to medical students and hospital residents.


The doctors of WSUPG provide world-class medical care while conducting groundbreaking research and continuing education at Wayne State University, one of the nation's top medical universities. Group members are recognized leaders in their chosen specialties.


Many WSUPG doctors are faculty members of the Wayne State University School of Medicine, bringing the newest technology and latest in medical advancements to the bedside. In addition to its substantial clinical practice, WSUPG is training Michigan's physicians of tomorrow by providing instructors for more than 1,200 medical students and 900 residents each year.
