WSUPG BILLING AND FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
Wayne State University Physician Group sends monthly statements to patients for services rendered. WSUPG offers many convenient ways for you to pay. You may pay your balance by mail with a check or credit card, or you may use the WSUPG secure online bill pay system by following the link below.

Business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Online Bill Pay
Online bill pay is a free service offered by Wayne State University Physician Group that allows you to manage your bill payment online. It's easy, secure and simple to setup. With online bill pay you can pay your bill online, and view payment history via an easy-to-use interface.
You will need to reference your invoice number to log in. If you do not have your invoice number, please call the billing office at 248-581-5843.

Financial Counseling and Assistance
At Wayne State University Physician Group, we understand that the financial responsibilities associated with your care can be an added stress.
Our financial counselors provide patient assistance for everyone, with a special expertise for those who are experiencing financial hardship. Our team goes above and beyond by assessing the needs of each individual patient.
Our financial counselors can:
Provide on-site resources and patient education
Analyze insurance coverage and benefits
Screen patients for assistance program eligibility
Explain bills and assist in arranging payments
Provide assistance with completion and submission of a Medicaid or other insurance application
Arrange a payment plan and screen for funding sources
Refer patients to manufacturer drug programs
If you do not have insurance or your insurance does not cover all of the costs of your health care, there may be other options to assist you including payment plans, other coverage plans, charity care eligibility or Medicaid eligibility.
We also have information on community organizations that offer free or low cost services such as vision, dental and health screenings. Our financial counselors can even assist you in filling prescriptions and finding a physician that is right for you.
