Felix Cruz founded Cruz Hearing Aid Service in Lathrop Village, MI in 1992 after working with Ken Lucas and Lucas Hearing Aid Service. He works within the hearing community and alongside professionals outside of the hearing aid community to create greater awareness of the effects of hearing loss, and to promote better overall care for patients.
Cruz directs strategic and operational planning with his team, performs product performance analysis and utilizes data to enhance overall patient satisfaction. As a specialist, he conducts needed audiological services, recommends hearing instrument fittings and counsels patients on realistic expectations and objectives.
